End of 2013, Start of 2014

The holidays were a stumbling block for me. I tried to prepare for them not to be but all the home-made food was so hard to track so I was not as diligent about tracking as I should have been. Plus I got lazy with my exercise. I didn't have a partner with me so I let myself slip on the exercise dates. Although I will say the actual week of Christmas I was too busy to exercise, I was barely home to get anything done. Therefore, I am back to 220. I don't get into the whole resolution thing because I know they hardly ever stick. But I have thought of several goals I want to accomplish during 2014.
1) Get down to the 100s and stay there.
2) Start and complete c25k program.
3) Get settled into grad school/job.
4) Use the gym regularly.
5) Track food daily.
6) Find an exercise partner.
