I do 2 quarts of freshly made green juice every day. 2 to 3 days? I did 92 days which will definitely clean out the pipes.

I LOVE JUICING!! Since I'm a slacker I love to buy naked juice green machine and add flax with a side of almonds for a nice 500cal lunch. My sister got me a Nutribullet for Christmas so I am looking forward to buying all the supplies myself and making the juices exactly how I want them. I had a lot of issues with reaching my daily serving of fruits and veggies and this is what got me there.

Hello! I'm currently on a juice fast. Today is only my 3rd day so I'm afraid I cannot be of too much help. If you haven't seen it you should watch Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead. It's on Hulu for free and Netflix I believe. Also, his website is and they have a lot of helpful information. While I'm only on day 3 of 30+ days I feel amazing so far :) Feel free to message me if you have any question. Best of luck to you!
