Hey guys! Just thought id let you know how today went! I really didn't do much today, its snowing here and the roads are terrible so I decided to stay in today! Its been a nice and relaxing day off from work and school!
Todays meals were;
Breakfast essential drink
1/3 cup of peanut butter
2 servings of Chicken and noodles
1/2 of mashed potatoes
had a few slices of pepper jack cheese(im addicted!)
Today I made sure I ate pretty good cause I knew I wasn't going to be able to get my workout in!
I would also like to know your guys opinions on juice diets? im thinking about doing it for 3-5 days? If you have done it please let me know your results and if you would recommend it!
