Let It Snow Let It Snow

Awoke to at least 8 inches of snow a little hard to get motivated with that. I got up ate a decent breakfast. I shoveled snow for 20 minutes didn't finish drive way but burned 265 calories.
Seemed like I should have burned more. I plan on doing my walking tape after lunch to burn a few more. Day three and feeling good about myself. I went through PINTERST and copied a lot of motivation pictures that I plan on sharing with my new TOPS friends I will have after my first TOPS meeting next week. I myself do not do good on my own I feel if you have to be accountable he helps you stay on the right track. I hope it turns out to be a motivated group, if not I might start my own as I have the time right now and I am not looking for a social outlet. My last group had a habit of planning food advents, and as there was nothing wrong with that, I feel we should have concentrated on exercise more.

The plan is to keep busy around the house so I don't think about food and to do tape at least two times a day. Keep track of food and fitness will be a top priority. I have some blankets I have been wanting to make for my grandchildren that should keep my hands busy and way from food.

Feeling very positive right now. Success here I come.
