No New Year Resolutions For Me.

Thursday, January 02, 2014

I'm going to repeat last years New Years thoughts. Each day, every hour, every minute, can be a new beginning. That's what I do, I resolve to change bad stuff as it occurs to me.

I don't need no stinkin" New Years Resolutions.

Only once a year do we call them resolutions the rest of the year we call them goals. Waiting a year to correct something you need to change now is waiting too long.

I just want to continue to get healthier this year. That's something I need to do for a lifetime. I think you're already there!

No resolutions me either! I do make goal lists to act as an incentive.

You wouldn't remember them after the first day anyway.

You've got company! I live day-to-day and operate best that way. OH, I may have alternate plans for situations, but that's as far as it goes.

I've never been a fan of New Years' resolutions. I figure if a person is ready to make a change, they should do it when the time is right, rather than waiting for an arbitrary date. You're right - every day is a new beginning: why not embrace it?

Hope you had a very nice holiday! Nope, no new year's resolutions here. I make them and never attain them. So, this year, just going to try to stay healthy!!

I am the exact same way! I do, however, LOVE the "new" feeling of a New Year! It's my halfway point to feeling like flinging stuff, deep cleaning, etc! :-) It's a bonus to me for the New Year!!

Happy New Year to you and your wife! :-)
