Well, welcome 2014, where did 2013 go? ;)
#1 goal Turn 40 in late April and feel and look Fabulous!
Steps to reach goal?
Strategy #1 Train for a full marathon!!
Yep, that is right, I've already signed up and I've already started training (this week is officially the first week! but I've been starting longer weekend runs for the past month to prepare)
Strategy #2 Eat well balanced whole foods
Means less baking on my part and more veggies and less processed foods!
Again, I've been working on this for a while so baby stepping my way there
Strategy #3 Log food and workouts
Goal #2 Be at or near goal weight by Marathon with secondary deadline September.. Going on a cruise in Europe with my sisters and mom!
Will follow steps above to achieve and maintain goal weight!
Other yearly goals?
The same as most people.
Pay down debt
Live with gratitude for what I have
Quality family time together in small ways daily and in big ways on occasion.
