You are making good strides in changing not only the fact you are exercising, but also your mindset. Yesterday, you planned an exciting off road biking adventure with your husband and he loved it and so did you. Take advantage of your backyard of the Pacific Northwest and plan simple inexpensive adventures on bikes, hikes, or snowshoes. There is no excuse not to. Make some plans for this weekend and find something to do outside for a few hours. Get out of your rut, even your exercising rut and do something different and go somewhere different.
It's not just about exercising, losing weight, but completely changing your mindset. Change your mind and completely change your life.
