Last night I was hungry. I tried to sleep, but I ended up getting up and grabbing something to eat. I had a bag of Crispy Mini`s. I didn`t reach for the ice cream. Between the Crispy Mini`s and the White Hot Chocolate I had earlier in the day, I was over my calories.

Anyhow, it is what it is. It`s past and there is no changing it. Time to move forward

Today

Water: I already have had 4 glasses. I`ll be filling my bottle up again soon. I may have a coffee later today - after I have at least 8 glasses of water. No hot chocolate for me. Not today.

Freggies: One pear down. Planning on a spinach salad for lunch. That`ll do the basics, and there`ll be more - I`m thinking left over buffalo mac & cheese today. I need to plan for the munchies I get later in the evening. I`m thinking it`s time to go grocery shopping - get some healthy lower calorie snacks and more freggies. That way I have options for later. Oh yeah. I want to get some more gelatin. I only have one pack left, and I`m planing on using that up today when I make gluten free french bread.

Speaking of bread, my sourdough starter is not looking good. I think I`ll have to mix up some of my keifer to see if I can`t kick start it

Fitness: argh! I don`t even want to think about this one. But I guess it`s time to. I can`t just sit on my butt and wait for the fitness classes I signed up for to start (they start Jan 13). Guess I`ll be taking Lulu for a walk today. Maybe I should work on getting set up to do a fitness video. Then I wouldn`t have to leave the house on days like this. lol

So there`s my plan for today. More Water. More freggies. Eat healthy. Plan for the munchies. And so something for fitness - walk, video, something.

    That's right....don't wait on those classes...get moving!! And good plan to skip the hot chocolate. That's a calorie pit! I miss mine, but so worth not having it anymore.

    That sounds just about like my plan. I've had my coffee (coffee first in my world) but now I've got to get down to drinking my water. I planned some exercise yesterday, but it didn't happen. The wind picked up and it got downright nasty outside even though the thermometer said it was like 40 degrees.

So - today will be a walk outside, the treadmill, or a fitness video. I haven't decided yet, the only non-option is to do nothing.

    sounds great...that planning & thoughtfulness is going to end up taking you a long way!

    Sounds like a great plan! I am going back to tracking and exercise tomorrow. Dallas was a 2 lb gain, which is the least I've gained while visiting there, so far! :)
