Open Faced Ham Sandwich Recipe--Thank You, MEMORIES57!

Ingredients~

1 c. ground cooked ham
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. horseradish
10 slices buttered rye bread
5 slices Swiss cheese
5 slices tomato


Directions~

Combine first 5 ingredients; chill. Spread on 5 slices of bread. Top each with cheese slice, then tomato slice. Sprinkle with salt. Top with remaining bread. Makes 5. Enjoy!

OOPS! I just read that this is not open faced. Sorry.... chris emoticon

    I say lets stick with open faced. It's always a good day when you can pare down the carbs in a recipe!
