Two a days

Two a days are something I incorporate into my weekly fitness plans. I love working out and there are some days I just have more energy than others. Some would probably say this is extreme or unnecessary, but to me it's something fun:)
Today was no exception. I went to SWEAT in the AM and then a little while later I headed back to the gym for spin. This is typically how I work out on Tuesdays and Thursdays; however, this month I won't be able to spin on Thursdays due to taking on some extra hours at the Y:)
Typically my schedule looks like this:
Monday: spin warm up and weights, kickboxing
Tuesday SWEAT, my bootcamp, spin
Wednesday: SWEAT, my bootcamp
Thursday: SWEAT, spin
Friday: spin warm up, SWEAT
Saturday: spin
Sunday: walking the pups

Now I am thinking:
I can spin Fridays since I have more time before going to school and possibly run Thursdays before SWEAT. Seems like an easy change:)
Also it looks like I won't be kickboxing on Mondays anymore since I'll be at the Y after school....more money:) Might work that in somewhere else or just drop it:) It's nice to have options.

Fueling for Two a days
I always work out on an empty stomach. I love SWEAT because it starts at 5:30. So I usually wake up and go to the gym. No problem:) However for a 6 PM spin class after working all day, I don't have that luxury. I usually have a snack two hours before class. I will have a bar or some fruit or both depending on how hungry I am. Since I am following the 21 Day Sugar Detox guidelines and am no longer relying on bars, I will probably have a muffin and some tea:) Trial and error to see what works:)

Today's workout:
SWEAT and spin, about to get the pups out:)
Looking forward to a very busy night at the Y tonight:)

    Wow! Your schedule is impressive and inspiring! I am proud of myself when I get in a 30 min workout at home~lol! I'm curious about your sugar detox~what guidelines are you following? I know I need to make some changes~I want to eat more whole and natural foods and any info would be helpful. Happy Friday and have a great weekend!

    I can only aspire to do what you do. Wow, you are truly amazing. I say, if you have the energy and time for it, then why lay about doing nothing. You seem to enjoy it, so go for it!

    Make sure to eat enough to sufficiently fuel all of your activity - I know you know, but I'm just being mom. You're doing great and have some good variety in your workouts. Nice.
