Decided to go with the cardio/toning four week fitness challenge. Because of some health issues, I shy away from some fitness videos. But this one said we could work at our own level -- what is comfortable. I will try to protect the knee and sciatica problems as best as I can. I needed some discipline in my exercise program and thought maybe this would work for me.
Looking forward to getting healthier, thinner, and fitter!
