Starting a New Challenge

Decided to go with the cardio/toning four week fitness challenge. Because of some health issues, I shy away from some fitness videos. But this one said we could work at our own level -- what is comfortable. I will try to protect the knee and sciatica problems as best as I can. I needed some discipline in my exercise program and thought maybe this would work for me.

Looking forward to getting healthier, thinner, and fitter!

    Good on you for taking some risk. Sometimes working through a little (not a lot, which I'm sure you get) actually helps in the long wrong.

Our Julian Michael's workout at Curves allows us to do things at our own level. Good thing. There is no way I can do regular jumping jacks or some of the lunge movements.
