Well, I fell off the wagon when I was going on the business trips and not following a schedule.
I've not gained, just not lost either. I'm recommitting, and working on things a bit at a time right now.
First goals: 1) Drink 8 glasses of water and 2) Monitor my fitness every day (I got a fitbit! for Christmas!)
After a couple weeks of those two goals that I feel they've gotten to be more of a habit, I will add eating more fruits/veggies and working out/walking five times a week for at least 15 minutes.
Taking the baby steps again so I can make this commitment work!
