Starting Again

Well, I fell off the wagon when I was going on the business trips and not following a schedule.

I've not gained, just not lost either. I'm recommitting, and working on things a bit at a time right now.

First goals: 1) Drink 8 glasses of water and 2) Monitor my fitness every day (I got a fitbit! for Christmas!)

After a couple weeks of those two goals that I feel they've gotten to be more of a habit, I will add eating more fruits/veggies and working out/walking five times a week for at least 15 minutes.

Taking the baby steps again so I can make this commitment work!

    Good luck on all your goals , I know when my hubby goes on business trips I end up eating differently while on the road. The hotel is different they all offer healthy choices so that bit is up to us to keep (as they also offer high sweet foods etc).....btw, I was wondering what is a fitbit? Some people on the Temptation board have mentioned it and I never clicked on it as I didn't have one I guess....lol. If you could pm me to let me know. Also I love your peanuts character, Snoopy, my favorite character for 32 yrs~! emoticon
