After checking my food tracker, I found out I did ok on my calories the high end, but ok. The ratio tho was bad, way too many carbs. The plan is going to the grocery store after morning workout and get chicken and other health food. Tomorrow will be better.

    I find that if I am high on carbs, I end up hungrier and with more cravings. Sticking with foods that have more protein and more complex carbs will make you full longer and you may not end up higher on your calorie range.
