What I'd Like To Change

My team challenge today was to list the things I'd like to change about myself and why/how. So here they are:
1.How I feel that I look in my clothes - I get tired of pulling my jeans up above my sagging belly. I get very self-conscious about it and it's ridiculous. If I could just lose that little bit there I know that I'd feel so much better. It wasn't always there and it doesn't need to be any longer.
2. Being afraid to be in pictures - Each time I see a picture of myself I don't have very positive thoughts anymore. I'd like to look at a picture of myself and think "oh wow, I look really nice!" instead of "ew, look at my belly!" I feel like I always pick out the negatives and if just for once I could find a new picture that I could find something positive in BEFORE I automatically find the negatives, I'd be happy.
3. Feeling better - I'd like to be able to walk up or down a flight of steps and not feel out of breath. I need to do it for my health and for my future. There's no reason that at 28 years old I can't do a flight of steps comfortably. It's also really embarassing.
To reach these goals I'll use my New Years resolution for 2014 which is a commitment to myself to exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes (intentionally) each day. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!
