    LOVED this. Why is it so reassuring to know that other people do the same things I do? That's probably cognitive therapy, too! The whole self-talk thing (I tell myself that "I deserve that extra portion because I'm still HUNGRY." I never am. Or "You look good enough," which might be true... depending on what I'm willing to settle for) is such an empowering tool once you're self aware of it. And keeping your hands busy! Brilliant. Grazing can also be my downfall, so I just feel so lucky to have bumped into you on SparkPeople. Count me in as a blog-reading regular! -Sarah
