Food: Awesome for today. within all of my ranges. Ate more freggies. Tried a couple of awesome new recipes. Definitely going to keep them as part of what we eat regularly
Water: Got in all 8 glasses already today. Might have more. We'll see
Fitness: I did get out with the dogs for a walk. It was much shorter than I wanted, but it is a start.
So far things are off to a good start for this year.
Plans for tomorrow?
Drink Water and Eat fruit first thing in the am
Food: leftovers from tonight, and freggies. Should be okay.
Fitness: Take Lulu out for a longer walk tomorrow.
So that's the plan for tomorrow. I have to take my paperwork into work by the end of the day tomorrow, so that's not too bad. Maybe I'll do some baking - I'm out of gluten free bread. I have an awesome GF french bread recipe. I LOVE it.
Anyhow, that's the plan for tonight and tomorrow. Wish me luck!
