Day 1 of 365 I am what I eat!

So this is it! What a way to start a new year, but with a new diet.. LOL
It's fine with me. I'm ready to start feeling better. It's true what they say about "you are what you eat". If I eat healthy, I'll be healthy. As of now, I'm unhealthy because I've been eating unhealthy, and living a sedentary lifestyle.
........And that's all about to change.
This is my 365 DAY COUNTDOWN TO GOOD HEALTH.

PS: I also purchased a workout DVD set from Walmart of 25 different 10 minute work-out routines. I can mix and match them...Do 3 if I want a 30 minute workout, or just do 1, for a quick 10 minute workout, on rushed days. There are 5 DVD's, of different kinds of routines, like Pilates, aerobics, floor, etc. I'm eager to watch them and find the ones that fit me best. It's called "10 Minute Solution-30 Day XPRESS WORKOUTS"
