FBS Rollercoastered Today

I'm not quite sure why, but I will admit that I was a little disappointed in my FBS this morning. Where it had gone down the first day, today it went above 151. That is wayyyyy too high. I'm not sure why it happened. I need to take a look at what I ate yesterday that could have caused it. I did make a change on the T25 Fast Start by substituting chicken with swai fish, but I wouldn't think it would have made that much difference. I will take a look at it though and see if I can figure it out. The image on this post is the lunch portion. It's a veggie burger...and guess what? It was much better than I expected. I really did like it.
Day What I Did Today For Exercise?
I've already done Day 3 of T25 which was the Total Body Circuit. It completely kicked my butt, even though I am on the modified track. I stayed with it the best I could, and I'm sure it will get better. It was expected.
What Do I Have Planned For Nutrition?
I've already had a VShake, and I'll be eating very lean today. Mostly Collard Greens and Black eyed peas since it's new years. I'll do the best I can to modify the menu of the Five Day Fast Start.
What Am I Doing To Change My Thinking?
My three words this year are Unencumber, Follow, and Lean. What I'm working on doing is using those as guidelines for my actions. They should guide my "why" concerning the things I'm doing.
What Am I Doing Today To Inspire Myself?
I'm tracking my work, scoring it, and working towards a 'passing' grade daily.
What Changes Can I See?
I can see changes in the way that I sit, move, and feel. Although I'm sore, I'm standing a little better and am actually improving on the posture side of things.
What Changes Can I Feel?
I sorta, kinda, welcome the soreness now. I can tell that my upper body isn't as 'stiff' as it was three days ago actually. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can get a lot of mobility back into my life.
