No resolutions for me. Just a notebook of goals. I made up a notebook, or more of a goal oriented log book/diary. It is set up with some year long reminders and some monthly goals. Each month will be broken down into weeks, and the weeks broken into days. Each month has goals attached already with weekly goals at the beginning of each month, then every week gets daily picks. So, here we go.
For the year 2014 I will try to
-treat myself well
-be mindful of what I am doing
-feed myself to fuel my body
-move every day
-try something different each month
-complete my runs 5k,8k,10k,half,full,50k, and ultra
For the month of January I will try to
-eat no ice cream
The week of 1st to the 7thI will try to
-eat a salad every day
For the 1st I will try to
-exercise for 30 minutes
The main objective is to give me something to go for, but allowing the flexibility of weekly and daily goal change ups. Daily goals will be posted under status updates and months/weeks will be posted under blogs.
The rest of the year will look like this. These are once a day minimums.
Feb- exercise every day
Mar- log into Spark
Apr- take medicine
May- eat vegetarian
Jun- grain free
Jul- water/tea/fitness drinks only for fluids
Aug- only natural sweeteners, no added sugars
Sep- encourage 5 friends
Oct- core or weights
Nov- all the above
Dec- make something
