Two more hours till 2014, not sure I will still be awake, but had a good first day. Stayed within calories, but I did not exercise I had flu yesterday and did not eat at all, so I figured one more recovery day would be a good idea. Tomorrow first thing I am going to do my walking tape as it is way to cold to walk outside. I am also going to purchase a stationary bike. I have bad knees and with the extra weight I am carrying I figure that might be better to start.
JANUARY GOAL: If I exercise 5 out of 7 days a week I will check out a gym in February. Need to get in the habit of exercising more then once in awhile before I waste money.
