My 1 Year Spark Anniversary - lessons learnt and steps forward

Well, it's been a year and 32 kgs down.
Lessons of 2013:
+Be patient and kind to yourself and everyone else.
+Understand everyone has their own story and will interact with you accordingly. It's usually not about you.
+Every day is a new beginning.
+One mistake isn't any more or less than that.
+No food is out of bounds; only huge quantities.
+Continue with the process even if you keep slipping up.
+Move every day and be joyful.
+Use Sparkstreaks for motivation.
+Don't be a slave to the scale but use it to inform you.
+Observe and acknowledge your journey.
I have 20 kgs to go before I hit my goal. The Christmas season has left me a bit shaky because I forgot to practise the above observations! So for my next year on Sparkpeople...
1. 30 minutes of exercise each day.
2. Jog every second day.
3. Savour each bite.
4. Practise mindfulness.
5. Stick between calorie range.
6. Increase whole foods.
7. Practise gratitude and positivity.
8. Take time to rejuvenate and de-stress.
9. Drink more water.
10. Moisturise daily.
