5 - Win Tomorrow Check List
Plan for success - do your homework today so you succeed tomorrow. Take a few minutes today to make your lunch for tomorrow, update your schedule and do a few things so you have time to take care of yourself and don't feel rushed.
Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow?
Not really, but that's going to change. I'm going to have my exercise clothes ready the night before, a water bottle filled, and some DVD's ready for a morning workout.
Do you have it where you see it often?
My clothes will be on the bench at the end of the bed, DVD's by the TV, and a water bottle chilling in the fridge.
Please tell us what works for you.
So far, not having a plan in place is not working. I think if I wake up with the right incentive my day will look a whole lot different.
Today is a perfect day to start getting ready for tomorrow. The 5% Challenge doesn't start for a couple of weeks yet, but with the New Year starting tomorrow I'm ready to get my good habits going.
