Things are going great!
You are making it a daily habit to log onto Sparkpeople. You are exercising before noon which is a complete miracle for you. What is really amazing is that you are balancing your nutrition and calories with food that does not appear to be rabbit diet food, which you were guilty of in the past. You are allowing your self a smaller sized dessert portion so that you are not missing out. The trick is not to let your husband serve you any dessert because it will be a dessert enough to satisfy 4-5 people! That's dangerous!
Keep up with the exercise and don't forget the strength training. It's a good start to do cardio with some light weights, but eventually you will have to increase those weights.
Prepare and plan for any trips you are making in the future. This is where you tend to fumble your diet and exercise plan. Be creative and try to bring Sparkpeople with you, whatever it takes. If you do this, you won't lose your momentum when you get back. You must do this and prepare NOW. Do not procrastinate until the last minute and you don't have a solid plan for your goals.
Keep up the good work you should be proud of yourself! I am! (hahahaha)
