January is here. I am planning a 6 week Move to Spring challenge. Cut back , cut out, cut up. This a START FRESH to prepping for the Spring season. Removing This or That From Your Diet Could Change Your Life . My goal is to drop 20 pounds. I need your help to keep me on point. Check in on me from time to time.

    I'm cutting out all processed foods. It will be hard at first, but I'm determined to do it! I will check in on you to see how you're doing! We all need support and encouragement. emoticon emoticon
