Last Friday my yoga teacher encouraged us to look back at 2013 and make a list of all the things that went right this year. It is tempting at the end of a year to think about all the things we wished had gone better but I think she was right. It is better to focus on the good. So here is my top ten list of things that went right in 2013....
1) I feel like I'm finally getting a handle on my binge eating.
2)My daughter continues to grow and amaze me
3) I've discovered a nice variety of exercises I like to do.
4) I'm meeting new people
5) I'm happier
