So I was looking back in my handful of blogs, and found a goal list from earlier this year. There were only a few that I accomplished, but I'm making it my "resolution" for 2014 to knock out the entire list!
Run/Walk a 5K-----I'm going to do some research on upcoming ones for the Spring
Run 1mile w/o stopping-----I did accomplish this, but it was more of a jog, than running. I'd like to actually be able to sprint a mile!
Run a 5K w/o stopping-----Haven't done this yet, but I have the C25k app, and did the first couple weeks a few months back, and it wasn't too bad!
Swim a Swimmer's Mile w/o stopping-----I'm proud to say that I accomplished this numerous times this year, but I'd like to work on my finishing time.
Work on my breath control and flip turns while swimming-----This one is getting better too!
Bike 20mi in one day (I've already done 11, why not 9 more?)-----Still in the works, the most I did in one trip was 15.
Do a "mini" triathalon-----This one needs A LOT of work!!!
Run/Walk a 10K-----Haven't done this yet, I still need to get my feet wet w/ a 5K.
QUIT SMOKING!!!-----I've cut down a bit, I need to find better ways to deal w/ stress!
Bike from Hammond to CrownPoint and Back 30-31miles-----Hoping I can cross this one off by Spring/Summer.
Lower my body fat% (Currently 35%)-----Haven't checked it recently, but I'm sure it's pretty much the same since August. I'm thinking of getting it checked in a couple months when I'm sure I've made a dent in it.
Encourage more people to use SP (It does wonders for support and motivation!)-----I've told a lot of people about SP, just not sure if they've used it or not.
