Surviving the Holidays - that was the mission last week. It was very difficult not to give in to all the food temptations and I was only partly successful. I got bailed out early in the week because I got sick. I just didn't feel like eating much on Christmas Day. But - with lots of family in town - the feasting didn't stop on Christams Day. e.g. We had a fourteen person dinner last Friday and I was extra hungry after being ill. I did overeat and I didn't try to track everything. The rest of the weekend was also a bit lazy in terms my diet and exercise. SO, when Monday rolled around I was pleasantly surprised that I was only up one pound on the week. Now to get back on track. I don't need New Years resolutions! I've got SparkPeople!!
