.... That I decide overnight to make one of my goals in 2014 to walk more, and in my Step 2 of my start page is this article picked for me:
It's an article on the benefits of walking.
So I had decided that I would still do my regular cardio in the morning, and just add a light evening walk after dinner. It doesn't have to be brisk, or make me huff and puff - this walk is for mental and digestive benefits.
I like this goal - anybody want to join me?
