An old problem has decided that this is a good time to increase the pain level. So now I am coping with a very painful left hip that has a sharp shooting pain in it and causing a tingling sensation in the leg.
The osteoarthritis that has been very bad in that hip for years has escalated and I will need a scan to see what is going on, So more fun at the Hospital and Doctor's and I dread going to either.
So I am to rest the hip and keep my leg straight as much as possible as I may have a trapped nerve as well.
So exercise is going to be a problem until this is sorted out, but that does not mean I am giving up on being fitter and healthier. I will change my goals and work on what I am able to do.
So 2013 is ending and 2014 is waiting round the corner and with a new challenge.
So new goals will be:
No Snacks after 19:00 hours
Drink 8 Glasses of Water
Exercise as much as I am able to even if it is only upper body
Bring it on 2014 Iwill meet your Challenge and win.
