Want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!! May this be the best year of your life I'm going to try to get at least 10 minutes of exercise every day this year. The SPAT challenge for January is to average at least 2014 steps a day. Should be doable...that's about half my daily goal. I know on Saturday and Sunday I don't always get in my total steps. I don't have to take care of the kids on those days so I tend to sit at the sewing machine(quilting) or computer more on those days. I have to consciously make the effort to walk those days. Baby steps. My calendar is hanging right above my computer...January is already showing...I get to X out the days I exercise. I want to see the whole month X'ed out!! Tomorrow is another day.
I did do 10 minutes of exercise tonight. I'm off to bed now. Good night Spark friends.
