Yesterday was a very quiet day. I woke up feeling just so -tired-, and that stayed all day. I figured it was my body telling me to take a rest day, and judging by the scale (1.75 lb down today from yesterday) I think I guessed right. The weather was awful anyway, and I'd been saving my rest days on EA Active until I actually needed one, so I have no guilt about sitting on my bum all day watching TV and knitting. :) About the only exercise I got was when the groceries were delivered!

It's going to be another icky day, weatherwise, but I feel much better this morning so bring it on!

    I agree with Brandi1809 - they say your muscles need a rest once every seven days. So, yesterday was your day. You've been doing so well, and you still ate less than you burned; so, well done you!
