I love ya Jules and miss you! I have so much gratitude for you! Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Please come back to SP! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm struggling with the diet soda addiction too. I've decided to work on one addiction at a time, so I started with unhealthy food although I've been cutting back.

    Good goals.
But. How about cutting the diet soda TOTALLY?
This may sound strange NOW, but...
Switching to less sugary-tasting healthy options - including water with a splash of fresh fruit - can help you enjoy the flavor of healthy foods. Just a thought. ;)

Julie, you will do it! I am so proud of your progress. I also redid my eating and fitness plans and am focusing on hunger levels and journaling. I'm not making drastic changes, just continuing on, since I'm a little over the halfway point.

Good list. If you're having trouble stopping diet pop, google artificial sweeteners and see how detrimental they are to our health. You might try adding lemon or other fruit to sparkling water.
