So 2013 was awesome I reached goal and have pretty much stuck in the 130 but 2014 is time for me to take charge and to be in control of one person me. So I my new goals for the year are to lose 22 pounds by July. so my monthly goals for January are as follows
1. track what I eat everday
2. Eat three meals aday and two snacks
3. cut diet soda done from six cans aday a bad habit I thought I had kicked but haven't to three cans aday.
4. walk everyday
5. add ST once a week.
those are my goals I can do this. Thank you to all my Sparkfriends for being their for me and the support I can't wait to get this new year started. lets kick butt and take names in 2014.
