I recently got back into Sparkpeople over the summer (August/Sept). And this time I'm here to stay! I'm so proud of myself that I've stuck with it so far, and participated in challenges- which I had never done before. I've been posting often, and tracking everything in both nutrition and fitness. Because I've been participating and interacting with the features of SP, I have lost 30 pounds!
I'm just so happy that I've stuck with it. And I'm not one for resolutions (why wait til New Years? lol), but I just want to continue tracking nutrition/fitness, participating in challenges & be more involved in my teams & look into new challenges.
