I'm getting a jump on the new year by posting some goals now.
1. Pedometer - this week just wear it every day. At the end of the week I will average my steps and aim for an extra 500/day. I will increase my numbers each week till I'm at least close to averaging 10,000/day.
2. Freggies - last week was a nightmare in that regard. Tends to happen when I don't eat at home. Last night was the first time in almost a week we actually had supper at home. Goal for this week at least 1 freggie/meal. I will work my way up to 5-7 (or more) servings/day.
3. Gratitude journal - this is something that really helps keep my outlook positive and I find the better my outlook the more I can focus on the steps I need to take to help get myself healthy.
