On to today's assignment...

4 - Win Today Check List

Today is the day to start on your path to fitness and weight loss. It helps to set goals YOU NEED to accomplish for a successful day. If you do not already have a list/routine please use this one or make up your own.

Check List

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your fitness and well being?
I have slipped out of my daily routine, but I'm getting my plan in order and I'm slowly adding my healthy habits back in day by day.

My daily routine will look like this:
A.M. : 30 minute cardio dvd or strength dvd with weights
healthy breakfast / 1 cup of coffee
Spark time
devotional/Bible reading

Noon: healthy lunch

Afternoon: light snack/smoothie
walking for fun

Evening: healthy dinner

Throughout the day - track my exercise/food

Do you have it where you see it often?
I have my goals and plan posted next to my computer where I'll see it multiple times a day.

Please tell us what works for you.
What works for me is being consistant with my workouts, tracking all my exercise and food, and turning to Spark Friends for support and encouragement.

Now that I'm getting back into a healthy mindset, I feel pretty good that I'll succeed in reaching my goals.

    Sounds like a good plan to me! I need to make better morning habits that include exercise and a healthy breakfast, vs. sitting on the couch and drinking coffee.

    Sounds like an excellent and practical plan. I love it! I am going to try to get some exercise first thing in the morning, too. It wakes me up better than coffee does, but it's so hard to get into the habit of not staying in bed that little bit longer!
