So yesterday was a very binge-y day. It was unpleasant all around; my emotional state was in shreds, and I ate as a result. And not a veggie in sight the whole day. Seriously, the only vegetable I ate was a serving of corn with our fried chicken dinner.
I'm up over 10 lbs now. I've gone from 184 to 195. And I weighed in at the doctor the other day at 200. I'm fairly sure that's just from sodium overdose, though. This morning was 195.3.
Today, I'm renewing my commitment to being healthy. I had whole wheat toast and peanut butter for breakfast, and I'm going to make a super-healthy salad (with some kind of meat on it; probably chicken) so I can get a decent start on veggies today.
The one good thing from the past couple of weeks: I haven't had a soda at home in two weeks. I don't mind having a diet soda when on trips or out to eat, but I'm not keeping a 12 pack here at home anymore. It's just not good for me. I've been drinking out of my Sparkpeople water bottle instead.
