One pound loss!!!! What a week for it too! Christmas Eve, Christmas and a whole weekend at a wrestling tournament 2 hours away!!! So that is a score!!! I prepared for the trip with fresh fruit like clementines, grapes, bananas and apples. Baby carrots with hummus. Lowfat cheese sticks and turkey jerky for protein. I also brought prepackaged saltines from Wendy's so I had two at a time and done. Lots of water and coffee. Score! So this week I will work on getting my Zumba back in the mix. It was tough last week with all the events going on. So I'm down 14 pounds since November 18th. Nice way to start the new year! Hope my Sparkies are well!
