New Year

It is almost a new year, and I am so proud of my accomplishments! To date, (since about October of 2012) I have lost and kept off about 25 pounds. To many people this seems like very slow weight loss- but to me, it is just the beginning. I am on a lifestyle change, and if it takes me years to lose an amount that someone could lost in a few months, then I am ok with that.

With the new year coming up in a couple of days, I have jumpstarted again. For the next few weeks I am going to concentrate on food- I will keep cooking healthy meals at home and minimizing food that I eat at work (McDonald's.)

2014 goals:
-Lose 30 pounds
-Pay off my credit card
-Learn to cook more recipes

So far so good! I hope everyone else has some goals and you attain them!
