So after reading a friends blog and *feeling* her enthusiasm & determination for the new week & her plan of action for it...plus with the sun shining w/ blue skies, I got a smile on my face and a plan to end this year strong! :)
1. Journal time each day (Mix it up one day by doing it verbally & playing on keyboard/guitar for 15 minutes.)
My favorite part about journalizing is listing a few things I'm thankful for :)
2. Strength Train Monday, Wednesday, Friday!
Woo hoo- I'm finally getting into this! (I've avoided ST for a LONG time! But not no more :)
3. Walk minimum 10 minutes 3x this week.
I say 10 min minimum, because on these winter days, usually the sun isn't shining, its freezing cold and I'd much rather stay inside! So if I tell myself just 10 minutes, it sounds doable, and once I get out there I usually do more--except yesterday-lol. I did exactly 10 minutes! But hey, I did 10 minutes!!! :)
4. Choose to respond to situations with a good attitude.
Thats it...and yes, I need to write those down, so I don't forget mid week---or slack off!
