For the most part, my diet is healthy. I cook nearly all meals from scratch and rarely use processed foods. I think my biggest food challenge is portion control. Generally, my portions tend to be larger then they need to be and I intend to work on that by using smaller plates for my meals.

    That really is a good trick! I have two size plates and I always go for the smaller one - it does help with portions. I also use a salad fork and a smaller spoon too...good luck!
