Came across the good belly reboot challenge yesterday and decided to join.
After a month of not paying attention to my eating, it will be good to do a reboot to improve my belly/overall body functioning.
today's challenge is to take stock of my digestion, in comparison to what is described as "normal". So far, there is nothing out of the ordinary. I don't feel fantastic, but it's because I haven't been getting in the necessary fruits/veggies, etc to feel optimal. I haven't been eating overly processed foods, but my whole foods have been quite fatty/sugary (hence the 4 pound gain) Overall, I feel ok and look forward to feeling better over the next 21 days.
