Time to put some goals up! My weight loss efforts are in need of renewal and focus! I was down to 178, now I'm at 184! Stop! U-turn!
This week I will:
READ the Bible daily
RUN twice 3-5 miles, walk at the end or sneak some in whenever possible
YOYOG total body workouts DVD with Mark Lauren 3 times
TRACK NUTRITION daily
JOURNAL and problem solve when I run into emotional eating/temptations/true hunger and false hunger
EAT 100% on plan every day for the next week! Other than a glass of wine on New Years, I am not willing to compromise!
Spend time with friends and set up play dates for kids before we start school next Monday!
Be joyful in each day, focus on the positive, LOVE others!
