It was a hard day yesterday. 1200 cals seams such a little amount of food when you used to eat 1700-2000, right? But I did it! I ate 1201 cals, and exercised twice, and brushed my skin, and drank water and didn't give up to negative thoughts!, and went to bed on time! Then, my baby woke up 2:30 am and that's all sleep I had. I feel jack legged (whatever it spelled). But....
My scale decided to be kind to me and showed 189.6 lbs! Hurray!
Now, my plan is not to gain it all back during New Year celebrations. We are not planning any fancy dinner or else, but we've been all craving some delicacies from Russian food store. I've been convincing myself for months that I can wait until New Year eve. I'm going to the store today and I will buy no healthy food at all, but it's all so yummmmmmmy.
Plan for day 2:
2) Count calories: I will eat no more than 1200 cals
3) Brush skin
4) Post on my page
5) Stay positive
7) Go to bed no later than 11pm
