You've done pretty good over the past few months not doing Sparkpeople. You did not gain a lot of weight (5 lbs) and you managed to be physically active without completely giving up. That's good! It's better than you have done previously, so that's a step in the right direction!
So now the plan is to possibly join a YMCA near by to help build and maintain a healthy lifestyle within the community. That would be very cool!
Work on drinking more water, and tracking your calories. Don't let that slip.
