I reset my goals and the ticker tape. I lost weight last year, but hit a plateau for so long. I decided to reset everything like I'm starting over. I started the day after Christmas, like I did last year. I've come so far since one year ago, but now I want to get more fit, too. I'm hoping this will help.
I didn't eat very well for the past month, but now that I've started eating healthier and journaling everything again, my sugar cravings are gone.
