January 1st I start a team challenge. I'm nervous. I'm not good at challenges and not confident that I will lose the weight I'm hoping to lose. I almost begged out--until my husband walked in as I was weighing myself. The look of shock on his face said it all.
Now I'm more determined to make this work.
So far since restarting, I've lost 6 pounds. Not much, but better than gaining. I pay more attention to the food and portions I eat. I took a two week reprieve. I was on vacation for two weeks with lots of stuff to do. Now, I'm back on track.
One day at a time---
