2014 Will be MY year of progress !

Sunday, December 29, 2013

2013 saw a little progress, but not much. I am now more determined than every to achieve my goals. The DW mentioned that my pants were still a little tight. But EVERY time I go up in size, I expand quickly to fill out the pants and I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!!! I will start and continue with a water exercise program to help me loose the weight and not tear up my knees. I will eat better and also more fruits and vegatables like I know I should. I WILL MAKE 2014 MY YEAR !
Next year I will be more the elf than the santa. I will start small and build up as I can. I will take the time and truely read and learn about how to do this correctly. Not just TRY...
I will take better care of my health and hopefull get off of some of these pills. I did find out I have a condition that can be treated and is not so much a life change as I thought it was. I just have to eat better and keep my iron level down. IT CAN BE DONE.
2014 will see my weight chart going DOWN and not just bobbing along. Hopefully, this will encourage the DW to eat better and join me at the pool.
First goal: Down one pants size by Valentine's Day. I KNOW that I can and WILL do it.
Second goal: Improve my health. I will see a specailist soon about my condition and learm more how to improve my iron level.
Third goal: Love myself more.
Like I said, I will make 2014 MY year.
I think I'll start TODAY!
See ya' next year!
