Hooray! New Cookbooks!

Sunday, December 29, 2013

I mentioned Gooseberry Patch in my last post. Not long after I made that entry, it dawned on me that I hadn't been on their website in a long time, and hadn't looked at their Facebook page in a long time either. I decided to check out their website and BOY am I glad that I did! They are having an incredible sale right now! Tons of their cookbooks are on sale, and if you buy 6 or more, you get 20%, if you spend $40 or more, they send you a free surprise cookbook! Including the free one they're sending, I have THIRTEEN cookbooks on their way to me! I am sooooo excited! The best part is that I only spent $40 before tax/shipping. Woo hoo!

Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with Gooseberry Patch at all, but if anyone is interested in some really great cookbooks, here's the link:

Gini, I have loved Gooseberry Patch for a few years now. I have several of their cookbooks. Every single recipe I've ever made from one of their cookbooks has been really yummy, inexpensive, and has easy-to-find ingredients. You should read the story about how they got started. It's pretty neat. The cookbooks are great, but the company is also managed incredibly well. The folks working there are so nice. I think it's one of the few remaining businesses who really value their customers and their reputation for being a high-quality company.
