I have been able to walk/run for five miles for the last four days but today I only made it 3.5 miles. I refuse to quit before 60 minutes so I can get enough cardio to keep my weight loss moving in the right direction.
I have tried several recipes and my kids loved cauliflower served as "mashed potatoes".
It has been nice being away from work. I hope I can keep up cooking once I am back to work. Planning is the key!!! My kids have been so much better about eating what I am cooking. This saves so much money from eating out and we enjoy meals together.
Next week I plan to do extensive menu planning, so when I do go back to school/work, I will be prepared.
WE CAN DO THIS!!! 2014 Will be my year!
