Eat Healthy (a plant strong Diet)
Plan meals & snacks
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Walk at least 15 minutes a day
Exercise at least 10 minutes a day (pushing for 20)
I plan to keep moving more and FOCUS!! on what the heck I am doing.
PLUS I am going to be nice and kind and a good person.
