The good and the bad

Well, here we are at the end of the year. I have had ups and downs.

The down: I haven't lost any weight since Thanksgiving, but I only gained one pound and I guess I should be happy with that. I have tried to be good, but so many yummy traditions got in my way, also had sinus problems (unusual for me) and headaches, so many days I didn't exercise like I should.

The GOOD: I got a Spark Tracker as a Christmas gift and I'm enjoying letting it take care of the counting. I also completed all my exercise minutes to meet my yearly goal today. 2 whole days before the end of the year, lol, but I made it. I walked 1 1/2 miles today, thank you Food Lion for allowing me to power walk the store a couple of times before starting to shop for food.
